  4. Please read noting this use permission contract before the application is used. 
  5. This contract is a legal contract concerning the use of the application shown
  6.  in the following between the user (Whether it is either the individual or the
  7.  corporation is not asked) and MKS. 
  8. This contract is assumed to be the one approved to the installation, the reproduction
  9.  or the use of the user of the application, and the restraint of the user to articles
  10.  in this contract. 
  11. When it is not possible to agree to articles in this contract, the application
  12.  cannot be used.

  19. 1.Permission articles
  20. The user can use this application only in a non-profit-making purpose.
  21. However, the user buys "Paper-Jacket" that MKS sells, and it distributes,
  22.  and it is sold.
  23.  
  24. 2.About the copyright
  25. The copyright of this application is the one that MKS has, and it is protected
  26.  by the law and the agreement concerning a Copyright Law, an international agreement,
  27.  and other right of intangible propertys. 
  28. All rights not provided for by this contract are reserved in MKS.

  30. 3.About the guarantee regulations
  31. a)MKS doesn't secure all of all the matters caused from this application use or unavailability.
  32. b)MKS doesn't support this application.
  33. The responsibility and the obligation to cancel it of the trouble that occurs in
  34.  this application and the event that belongs to it are assumed to be the one that not is to MKS.

  36. 4.Others
  37. a)The user cannot transfer this product to the third party without the permission of MKS,
  38.  lease, lend out, and lease it.
  39. b)This contract and this application are a previous notice beforehand and after
  40.  the fact and might change.
